With the popularity of GPS (Global Positioning Satellite), maybe it would help to put the Latitude & Longitude coordinates along with each Cemetery or Church, or whatever. I have started a POI (Points of Interest) file for every Cemetery in Bedford Co. Living in MO. as I do, it may take a long time. I am coming to Bedford the week of May 9, 2011, to do some Genealogical research.

If you check out our website, http://www.dutchcorner.org and look at the Cemeteries link, there are GPS coordinates for most of the cemeteries. There aren't many other points of interest on there yet but as soon as we get them together they will also have GPS coordinates.
